 2013 Open Enrollment begins October 8, 2012 and continues through October 31, 2012

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review and enroll or change your medical and dental benefit elections, and to enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts for 2013, if eligible.

An Enrollment Guide has been mailed to you, which lists your current enrollment elections and details your enrollment options and costs for 2013.

The medical plans have significant changes for 2013.  The dental plans remain the same for 2013.

The medical and dental plans remain the same for 2013

 
If you do not enroll or make changes, here's what will happen for 2013:

 

Your medical elections (including prescription drug and vision) will default to the new Open Access Plus plan for 2013.
 
Your current dental elections will continue for 2013.
 
You will not have any Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for 2013, since they must be set up every year. Your 2012 FSA elections end on December 31, 2012.
 
Your current elections for medical (including prescription drug and vision) and dental will continue for 2013.

Benefits Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during the Open Enrollment period.

The next opportunity you will have to make changes is during next year's Open Enrollment or if you have a qualifying life event during the year.

The ORNL Benefits Office, located in 4500N, Room 162A, will be open from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm M-F during the Open Enrollment period.

UserName: Your ORNL Personnel (Badge) number.

Password: The unique password you selected the last time you entered the system. If you don’t remember it, use the forgot your password link, You’ll receive an e-mail message in your ornl.gov account with further instructions. To have your password reset, call the ORNL Benefits Service Center.

If this is your first time to log in, or if your password has been reset, your default password is your birth month followed by your birth date and the last four digits of your Social Security number. For example, if you were born on May 26 and the last four digits of your Social Security number are 1234, your Password will be 05261234. You will then be prompted to create a password for future access.
