Pension Plan Annual Funding Notice

As the Plan Sponsor for the Pension Plan for Employees at ORNL (the Plan), UT-Battelle is required to prepare an Annual Funding Notice (AFN). The AFN includes important funding information about the Plan. This notice also provides a summary of the Plan’s investment policy and rules governing the benefit payments guaranteed by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a federal agency. This notice is for the plan year beginning January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2022. Review the cover letter and the complete funding notice.
